Digital Construction Week
Showcasing Gecko at Digital Construction Week:
Showcasing Gecko Software at Digital Construction Week:
Earlier this month the Gecko Software team headed to Digital Construction Week at the Excel London. DCW is an event focused on digital transformation, technology, and innovation in construction.
Over the two-day event, we had the chance to showcase our two cloud-based platforms, Gecko Permits and Cobia, to a diverse group of industry professionals. We demonstrated how our systems are simplifying permit-to-work and commissioning processes, helping teams increase efficiency, improve safety, and enhance project visibility all through seamless integration, real-time data insights, and intuitive user interfaces.
Director of Project Support & Software Emily Fox was joined by Systems Administrator Emily Thomson, Head of Safety & Compliance Connor Nash and Regional Operations Manager Adam Shaw.
Together, the team delivered live demos, answered questions, and held valuable conversations with digital leads, project managers and commissioning professionals from across the construction sector.
Key takeaways from the event:
Our stand attracted a high level of interest with particularly strong engagement throughout the event.
Many attendees were eager to understand how Gecko Permits can improve visibility, safety and efficiency on site
We generated a significant number of new leads
There was a clear appetite for collaborative, user-friendly software that can scale with complex projects
Conversations around future proofing, compliance and digital integration were at the heart of many discussions
““It was fantastic to see so much interest in what Gecko is delivering. Our goal is to simplify complex processes without compromising on safety or control, and events like Digital Construction Week give us the opportunity to show just how achievable that is.””
